[Canned food] Easy pork back-bone stew. Spam pork back-bone stew
I remember a bowl of gamjatang with a strong perilla scent, but what if I can't think of it because it's cumbersome to buy pork backbone and prepare it? How about 10 minutes of yamae gamjatang that you can boil with a box of spam? I heard it's gamjatang because of the potato part of the pork backbone, but when it comes to gamjatang, you can't leave out the taste of eating warm potatoes. Cut the thick potatoes into thick pieces and dip the spam into large pieces with a spoon. Add the powdered leaves, perilla leaves, perilla leaves, and dried radish greens that make the scent of gamjatang fresh and full of flavor and boil it. A very easy pork back-bone stew that anyone can easily boil if they have the strength to open the lid of a canned ham, and a thick soup makes the rice.
