STEP 1/9
1. Put 1 pack (600g) of pork in a heated pot, sprinkle 3 pinch of salt, and cook until golden brown
STEP 2/9
2. After putting it on medium heat, add 1T of minced garlic and green onion, then add 1T of sugar and continue to stir-fry. (Bangvely used a fist of chopped frozen green onion.)^^)
STEP 3/9
3. Add 2T of soy sauce, 2T of fish sauce, and 3T of soybean paste and stir-fry evenly. (Bang-vely added 1T of mirin.)
STEP 4/9
4. Add the radish and stir-fry it
(It's more convenient to prepare vegetables and cut radish in advance.)
STEP 5/9
5. Add 2 packs of beef bone soup that Wanggom bought online because it was cheap. (1000g for 2 pieces) (Eonam's recipe adds 800ml of water)
STEP 6/9
6. After you boil it, put in 2T of red pepper powder and boil it a little by little
STEP 7/9
7. When the savory beef bone soup and red pepper powder start to go together, add zucchini and onion slices and boil them
(It's convenient if you cut the vegetables in advance.)
STEP 8/9
8. Put the cut tofu and enoki mushrooms on top. (Eonam's recipe says you can cook tofu with residual heat.) Bangvely likes hard-boiled(?) food, so I boiled it a little longer. (LOL)
STEP 9/9
9. If you cook the stew for 2 or 3 more minutes, it's perfect for elementary school students~^^
Whole pork is better in terms of visuals, but small-sized pork packs are also good for children to eat at home~
The taste of jjigae might taste sweet for adults
It's good for children's tastes
