Cooking Steps

Prepare 1 red bell pepper, 1/2 carrot, and 1/2 onion by minced.

Grease a heated pan and stir-fry minced carrots, onions, and bell peppers.

Drain the tuna oil through a sieve.

Stir-fry the tuna without fat in the vegetables.
