A ripe banana

Oatmeal (40% weight of banana)
STEP 4/11
crushed nuts
1. 12% of almond bananas
2. 12% of walnut and banana
STEP 5/11
Stevia (15% of bananas)
STEP 6/11
Protein powder (5% of bananas)
STEP 7/11
1. Mix oatmeal, crushed nuts, stevia and protein powder
2. Add it to the mashed banana
3. Mix it well
4. Leave at room temperature for 20 minutes (boiling oats)
(Preheat oven to 190C in the meantime)

Divide 10g, put it on a plate, and add decorative nuts
STEP 9/11
Pre-heated oven baking at 175 degrees for 20 minutes

Flip it over and bake for 12 minutes
