Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I prepared a large eel. Please cut it into the size that can fit the air fryer.

There's a lot of mucus on the surface of the eel, so I scratch it with a knife.

Wash in water and drain with a kitchen towel

Place kitchen towel in air fryer basket and let shell face bottom.

Bake 1st cooking air fryer at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Peel and shred ginger while baking.
STEP 7/8
Turn the eel over for the first time and cook it again for the second time.
Cook for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
STEP 8/8
After the second cooking, you can cut it into bite-size pieces, set it up, and bake it for about five more minutes.
