One-stop recipe from preparing octopus to raw fish and cold octo
These are two kinds of octopus dishes that I made with giant octopus bought from Noryangjin. Octopuses can be made with small octopus! I hope you enjoy it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
I bought a large octopus leg at Noryangjin.
STEP 2/13
Put it in a bowl and wash it with flour and salt.
STEP 3/13
Wipe the surface tightly without feeling slippery.
STEP 4/13
Rinse it in cold water.
Remove the flour stuck in the sucker.
STEP 5/13
Add radish, salt, and vinegar accordingly
I prepared to boil the octopus.
I need to put green tea bags, but I only have black tea, so pass.
STEP 6/13
If you boil the tail in boiling water, it dries well in a circle.
I put it in a big octopus because it's a small pot.
STEP 7/13
Boiled in boiling water for about 12 minutes.
STEP 8/13
Put the well-boiled octopus in ice water.
STEP 9/13
After cooling it down, take it out and trim it.
STEP 10/13
Cut it into the right size
Remove the skin of the codfish. on the inside half of the sucker
You can remove the mushy flesh.
STEP 11/13
Slice the raw octopus into pieces and put it in a bowl
You can dip it in wasabi soy sauce or red pepper paste.
STEP 12/13
Cut various vegetables and put them on a plate
You can enjoy delicious octopus cold noodles if you serve it with cold vegetable sauce!

If you have boiled octopus left, freeze it as it is and put it in when you cook ramen, it becomes the best seafood ramen.
