Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
One serving of spaghetti is the same as the diameter of a 50 won coin.

I boiled it in a large pot. It's better to boil it with plenty of water. When 1.5 litres of water boils, add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add spaghetti noodles and simmer for 7 minutes.You can boil it a little less than the spaghetti in the manual. I'm going to stir-fry the boiled noodles again.

Spaghetti noodles don't get soggy if you mix them with olive oil. Do not rinse in water. It's not Korean noodles.

Slice garlic and shred onions. Cut garlic stems into 4 to 5cm long pieces. Marinate clams in salt water for about 3 hours. Peel the shrimp, leaving only one word at the tail. Remove legs or whiskers with scissors.
STEP 5/8
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan and stir-fry sliced garlic and stir-fry onions. Then stir-fry 4 peperoncinos and garlic stems, which are Italian peppers. Please note that Italian peppers are small but very spicy.

Add 10 clams and 2 shrimps. Please add 2 tablespoons of refined rice wine.I think it would be good to use the leftover white wine. Vongole pasta has a good combination of garlic and white wine. Add 1 ladle of boiled spaghetti noodles

Put the boiled spaghetti noodles in here.

Stir-fry it to make it blend well. Finish with salt and pepper.
