STEP 1/8
Soak a handful of glass noodles in lukewarm water. Blanch the soaked glass noodles slightly in boiling water, rinse them in cold water, and remove moisture.

Grease the pan slightly and stir-fry the glass noodles. Stir-fry 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, and sesame seeds. Cut it with scissors and cool it down.

Place glass noodles on the end of 1/2 sheet of dried seaweed, then cut into half string cheese. And then roll it up.
STEP 4/8
Stick quail eggs and tteokbokki on 4-5 skewers in order.
STEP 5/8
The dough ratio is 1:1, cold water and frying powder. Add 1/2 paper cup of frying powder and 1/2 paper cup of cold water and stir well until no powder is visible.
STEP 6/8
Put quail eggs and seaweed rolls in the batter
STEP 7/8
Add quail eggs and seaweed rolls and fry them until golden brown.
STEP 8/8
Add 3 tbsp ketchup, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp thick soy sauce, 2 tbsp oligosaccharide, 1/2 tbsp red pepper paste, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, and sesame seeds and mix well. Put a lot of sauce on the snack bar skewers and you're done with the snack bar skewers :)
