Cooking Steps

Add 1/2 tablespoon boiling water salt, then cleanly wash bean sprouts

Blanch bean sprouts for 1 minute and cool in cold water. Use blanched bean sprout water to cook rice without throwing it away. Let the blanched water cool.

Wash rice thoroughly with a paper cup for 2 servings. And remove the water completely. Add 2 cups of blanched water and cook rice. If you start rolling on high heat, turn off the heat for 2 to 3 minutes and steam it to complete the rice
