Asparagi Freshi Vinaigrette, one of the must-eat foods when I go to Italian restaurants, is one of the warm salads that belongs to appetizers. Today, I share a warm salad recipe that is good for dieting using poached eggs.

Cooking Steps

* Poached egg preparation process*
Bring water and vinegar to a boil in a pot.

Remove from refrigerator and break room temperature eggs in bowl for about 30 minutes.

It looks pretty when you break an egg close to hot water, but I use a bowl because I can touch it.

When the water starts to boil, lower to medium heat and add eggs.

Once the whites are set, check with your hands.

Poached eggs are also prepared.

* Cooking asparagus*
In a bowl, add asparagus about 2cm from the bottom and pepper
