* Poached egg preparation process*
Bring water and vinegar to a boil in a pot.

Remove from refrigerator and break room temperature eggs in bowl for about 30 minutes.

It looks pretty when you break an egg close to hot water, but I use a bowl because I can touch it.

When the water starts to boil, lower to medium heat and add eggs.

Once the whites are set, check with your hands.

Poached eggs are also prepared.

* Cooking asparagus*
In a bowl, add asparagus about 2cm from the bottom and pepper

+ Add olive oil

I'm going to cut it well.

Then stir-fry in an ungreased hot pan for about 2-3 minutes. (You can cook as if you are grilling.)

Place the finished asparagus on a plate,

Place poached egg on top.

To finish, + salt

+Sprinkle olive oil on it.

And you can pop the yolk with a knife and eat it.
