Put 800ml of water in a pot and boil the broth with a seafood stock pack! If you're lazy, you can skip the broth pack!

Chop the garlic into minced garlic. Chop the peppers and onions and cut the bottom of the enoki mushroom

Put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 2 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pot and stir-fry onions and green onions

When onions become transparent, add 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder! While frying, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, half a tablespoon of salt, and a pinch of sugar and stir-fry a little more

Boil the broth and add the chungyang pepper, minced garlic, and enoki mushrooms and bring to a boil over high heat

Soft tofu doesn't have a good texture if you put it in too small, so I recommend you put it in big!
