STEP 1/9
Lee Chan-won took two green onions and cut them as long as his fingers, but the green onions I have are so big and thick that I only made one. It's not in the picture, but please slice 1/4 onions thinly. Put only sliced green onions in a pot and pour about 1L of water.
STEP 2/9
Boil the spring onion water for another 3 minutes after it starts to boil, and the spring onion broth is complete
STEP 3/9
Remove green onions, remove heat from cold water, and drain on a sieve.
STEP 4/9
Cut the blanched green onion in half and put it in a bowl. It's easier to parboil after cutting it in half before blanching.
STEP 5/9
Add chopped onions, too.
STEP 6/9
Add pepper powder 1T, sesame oil 1T, soy sauce 1T, vinegar 3 salted shrimp 1/2T, sesame seeds.
Each person increased the amount of dark soy sauce and vinegar to suit their taste, and it was sour, so it made their taste even more palatable.
STEP 7/9
Wear gloves and mix it well so that the seasoning is cut well, and Lee Chan-won's seasoned green onion is completed. If the salted shrimp is lumped together, it will be salty, so mix it well when mixing.
