Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut the whole pork belly in half lengthwise, and cut it in half lengthwise.
STEP 2/4
Put the cut meat in boiling water and add 3 bay leaves, 1 black coffee, a little pepper, and 1 to 2 tablespoons of soybean paste to remove the smell of pork. Add enough water to cover the meat.
