STEP 1/10
Slice onions and garlic! If you like onions, you can cut 2/3 of them!
STEP 2/10
Most cream curry udon uses bacon, but I don't really like bacon, so I chose pork belly. Cut it into bite-sized pieces!
STEP 3/10
Add whipped cream and curry powder to milk and stir
It's going to boil later, so it's okay if the curry powder doesn't mix well! If you don't have whipped cream, you can add 100ml of milk
STEP 4/10
Put a piece of butter in the pan and melt it slightly
STEP 5/10
Melt the butter and stir-fry the onion and garlic If you don't have butter, it's not a big problem to stir-fry it in cooking oil!
STEP 6/10
If you stir-fry it, the onion becomes clear and bland You can add pork belly
STEP 7/10
Add the bite-sized pork belly and stir-fry it on medium heat
STEP 8/10
When the pork belly is golden brown, pour in the mixture of milk and whipped cream curry powder! Bring it to a boil over medium heat
STEP 9/10
You can see the yellow color when curry powder is mixed well, right? Add udon noodles and mix them with chopsticks while pouring the soup!
STEP 10/10
Mix the noodles and boil it for 1 minute and 30 seconds. That's it! If you sprinkle a bit of pepper, the dish is done!
