STEP 1/8
Remove the bottom of mushrooms and bok choy and tear creme.
Slice carrots and shiitake and cut carrots into pieces.

Wash finely chopped frozen squid and frozen shrimp in water and put in boiling water. When the squid and shrimp are cooked and the color changes, put the vegetables together and blanch them for 30 seconds.

In the meantime, prepare 2 tablespoons of starch and 3 tablespoons of water.

Bring to a boil the water and chicken stock in a wok or pot.

Add cooking wine and blanched ingredients.

When the soup boils up, beat the egg and pour it around.
Stir in the same direction.

Add starch mixed with water and when it becomes thick, it's done!
I used spaghetti noodles and please boil it enough.
If you use raw noodles, it's more like Chinese wool noodles.
Other than that, you can use ramen, kalguksu, noodles, and Garakguk sleep.
If you sprinkle red pepper powder when you eat it, you can enjoy it spicyly.
