Braised garlic. Sweet and salty. Chewy side dishes.
I made braised garlic as a side dish with garlic, which is in season these days. It's good for immunity, but it's sweet and salty, so it's good for family side dishes.

8T of water, 5T of soy sauce, 6T of cooking wine, 5T of grain syrup,
Add 1T of oligosaccharide and bring to a boil.
STEP 4/6
When the sauce boils, add the sliced garlic

STEP 5/6

STEP 6/6
When it's boiled down, add 2T of sesame seeds to complete it.
*It's better if you add dried peppers instead of Cheongyang peppers so that it tastes spicy. * Garlic sticks to the bottom of the pot, so you have to keep stirring If you close the lid, it will overflow because of soy sauce, so don't close it and boil it.
