STEP 1/6
Wash the whole garlic clean. Just do the small ones
Cut large garlic into 2-3 equal parts.

Chop green and red peppers and shake off the seeds.

8T of water, 5T of soy sauce, 6T of cooking wine, 5T of grain syrup,
Add 1T of oligosaccharide and bring to a boil.

Boil garlic until clear.

*It's better if you add dried peppers instead of Cheongyang peppers so that it tastes spicy.
* Garlic sticks to the bottom of the pot, so you have to keep stirring
If you close the lid, it will overflow because of soy sauce, so don't close it and boil it.
