STEP 1/12
Soak salad vegetables in water and rinse them several times in running water.

Sift through a sieve to remove moisture.

Soak the melon and apple in vinegar water for a while and rinse them several times in running water.

Cut the apple in half and cut out the middle seed.

Add 3 spoons of extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 spoons of balsamic vinegar, 1/2 to 1 spoon of agave syrup, 1/2 to 1 spoon of lemon juice, 2 pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper and mix well.

Place enough salad on a plate.

Sprinkle the mixed balsamic dressing moderately.
