Place beef (500g) for bulgogi on a kitchen towel, wipe the outside, cut it into 3-4cm lengths, and set aside one at a time

It's refreshing with fresh peppers. It's crunchy and cool with cucumbers. If you want it spicy, add plenty of fresh peppers
