How to make bok choy salad and Jongwon Baek fresh kimchi greens
Among the various vegetables, there are vegetables, seasoned, stir-fried, ssam, and shabu shabu that go well with all kinds of dishes. It's a vegetable called bok choy. It is a kind of Chinese cabbage and is used in Chinese cuisine. I eat a lot in Korea, too.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
< Blanching bok choy>
I'm going to blanch it and use it. Boil 1/2 spoon of salt in water. Make sure to add salt as the seasoning gets soaked and the green is blanched darker. They say it's good to add oil, but I only added salt.

Wash it while boiling water. There's a way to separate the bottoms and wash them one by one. There's a way to take it off one at a time and wash it off. It doesn't interfere with cleaning both. It comes off easily even if you take it off one by one.

If you blanch it to the point where you can't breathe, the crunchy texture comes alive well.

Rinse it in cold water.

Drain it on a tray and squeeze it by hand to make fresh bok choy.

Squeeze the water tightly and place in a bowl.

The secret of Jongwon Baek bok choy is to add vinegar. The point is to add sesame oil and vinegar, which is called Sanggeuk. It's a recipe I made at Delicious Square.
