STEP 1/9
Cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces.
I used soft fish cake, but you can use anything like flat fish cake or long fish cake.
I used 220g of fish cake.
STEP 2/9
Dip fish cake in boiling water for 1 minute to remove the fat.
Drain fish cakes on a strainer tray.
You have to go through this process before frying fish cake to make it more neat and delicious.
STEP 3/9
Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil on a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry whole garlic for 1 minute to smell garlic first.
If you put in minced garlic, it gets messy, so I put in whole garlic.
Grilled garlic is so good.
STEP 4/9
Add fish cake and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat.
STEP 5/9
Add 3 tablespoons of water
STEP 6/9
Please put in enough seasoning.
STEP 7/9
Stir-fry over medium heat so that sauce subsides.
STEP 8/9
Turn off the heat and add 1 tablespoon of chopped green onion
STEP 9/9
You have to mix it up.
If you add a little water when you stir-fry it, the fish cake is not hard even if it cools down.
If you stir-fry it with a little water when you season it, it doesn't get hard even if it gets cold.
