STEP 1/18
Open the commercial tofu noodles and soak them in water.
At the same time, set 8 fried dumplings in an air fryer or frying pan and bake them deliciously.
(I don't have a picture of grilling dumplings.).._ But you can still do it, right?)
STEP 2/18
Prepare vegetables to chop.
(*Please wash and prepare vegetables in advance.)
(*Always be careful with knives.)
(*You may use a chopping knife.)
STEP 3/18
Cut the carrots into long shreds.
STEP 4/18
Cut the perilla leaves.
STEP 5/18
Chop the cabbage too.
(It's more comfortable if you wash the cabbage after cutting it.)
STEP 6/18
Cut the cucumber salad.
(If you don't have cucumbers at home, you can pass.)
Actually, it's better to cut onions instead of cucumbers, but I don't have onions at home.. Instead, I put cucumbers.
(*If you have onions, cut them, too!)
STEP 7/18
It's the sauce now.
1 tablespoon of red pepper paste
STEP 8/18
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
STEP 9/18
4 tablespoons of thick soy sauce
STEP 10/18
a tablespoon of plum juice
STEP 11/18
a tablespoon of red pepper powder
STEP 12/18
a tablespoon of sesame seeds
STEP 13/18
a tablespoon of sugar
STEP 14/18
Sesame oil is savory, so 2 tablespoons
STEP 15/18
Mix the prepared vegetables and tofu with the sauce.
Don't put all the sauce in from the beginning, but if you add a little by little while mixing, you can adjust it to your taste, so please refer to it.
STEP 16/18
Set the dumplings and bibim vegetables.
STEP 17/18
It's delicious with dumplings,
STEP 18/18
It's delicious just eating vegetables and tofu noodles!!
It's a recipe that takes a lot of time to prepare vegetables.
I think it's a very simple recipe because it's done when you actually make the sauce and mix it.
Vegetables don't have to be matched, but they are delicious enough with just the vegetables at home.
