Fall Radish! bought a box of organic radishes because of the temptation not to win, and while I was not yet able to exhaust the dried radishes that I had been really greedy about, I heard that pickled radishes were delicious.
It is true that soju is used a lot to put pickled vegetables, but it has more flavor.
