First of all, it's Western food, so you can basically use olive oil.
Add olive oil and stir-fry minced garlic and onion until clear.

Then add paprika and mushroom and stir-fry them. The smell of the deliciously stir-fried vegetables is already delicious!!

Add cold rice and season with salt and pepper while stir-frying. If it is well-fried like fried rice, add 200ml of milk.
It is recommended that you taste it one last time before transferring it to a bowl.
When it's fried rice, it's seasoned well, but after adding milk, the savory taste suddenly rises, and the salty taste may disappear!!
After seasoning, grind the granafadano cheese first.

Transfer to a bowl and add grilled beef and lucola, and grind the granafadano cheese one more time, and you're done!
The more cheese you put in, the better the flavor^^
It's delicious as it is, but if you choose a refreshing drink like tangerine syrup ade as a side dish, you can eat it more neatly^^
