Prepare enough ingredients.

Cut potatoes, carrots, onions, and pork into 2cm pieces.

Place butter in a thick-bottomed skillet, stir-fry pork, potatoes, and carrots first, then add pepper.

When the ingredients of 3 are half cooked, add onions, stir-fry, add water, and pour curry powder.

Boil the curry until it boils thickly, stirring it not to stick.

Put rice on a plate and pour curry next to it.

Put mascarpone cheese on top of curry and it's done!

Cooking Tip
This dish also goes well with Gorgonzola cheese.
If you don't have mascarpone cheese, try using 2 tablespoons of Gorgonzola cheese instead!
