Prepare enough ingredients.

Stir-fry anchovies in a dry pan, remove and cool.

Slice the garlic and wash the kkari peppers.

Grease a pan with cooking oil, stir-fry garlic and pepper.

Add stir-fried anchovies to 4, mix, and season with tsuyu and Yoridang.

Stir-fry it one more time and add sesame oil.

Place stir-fried anchovies on a plate and top with boconcini mozzarella.

Boconcini cheese is weak in heat and can melt. If you put the boconcini cheese on top right before you eat it, stir-fried anchovies with cheese are done!
