Ingredients
  • Ramen
    1pack
  • Water
    500ml
  • Eggs
    1piece
  • leek
    1/2piece
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • sesame salt
    1T
  • Sesame oil
    0.5T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Please check the above ingredients and prepare them. First, put 500ml of water in the pot.
STEP 2/12
Break an egg and Hwi HwiPlease stir it.
STEP 3/12
Chop 1/2 side of green onion.
STEP 4/12
If you have sesame seeds, crush 1T in a disposable plastic bag
STEP 5/12
When the water boils, add half of the chopped green onion and all the soup.
STEP 6/12
Add 1T of minced garlic.
STEP 7/12
Please cook the ramen on high heat for 3 minutes.
STEP 8/12
Then, serve noodles separately in a bowl.
STEP 9/12
Swirl the prepared egg water in the ramen soup clockwise, and don't touch it. The eggs will be soft.

Add 1T of sesame salt.
STEP 11/12
Add 0.5T of sesame oil.
Then, once it boils, turn off the heat and place it in a bowl of noodles.
STEP 12/12
Put the remaining half of the green onion on top of the ramen. That's it!
If you put minced garlic in ramen, it will bring back the flavor and it's really delicious.
