You have to boil Oddregi in hot water once. That way, the smell and impurities can be removed. Add soju and boil it over high heat with plenty of water to cover. And all kinds of impurities float. Bring to a boil over high heat and remove only Oddregi after 20-30 minutes.

Wash the fish cake neatly. Remove the remaining impurities and chop them into bite-size pieces.

Start the seasoning.
Add the tsuran sauce, garlic herb salt, and minced garlic and mix them well so that they are evenly seasoned.

It's all fried. I've already boiled the Oddreggi, so just stir-fry it so that it's well seasoned. Turn off the and add sesame oil.

Beef tendon dish, small aortic dish, Odd-Leggy stir-fry is complete. It's seasoned with tsuran sauce and garlic, so there's no smell at all. I also use tsuran sauce when I cook chicken pork neck, but it doesn't smell at all.
