Another famous menu at that restaurant is It's Odd-Leggy. It's seasoned and stir-fried, but I don't know if it's stir-fried or grilled I don't know the technique, but I haven't tried it. In my own way, I dip it in the sauce that I eat at a lamb skewer restaurant It's stir-fried Odd Leggies seasoned with sauce. The lamb skewers restaurant probably season it with tzuran sauce. Beef tendon skewers are Odd-Leggy.

Cooking Steps

You have to boil Oddregi in hot water once. That way, the smell and impurities can be removed. Add soju and boil it over high heat with plenty of water to cover. And all kinds of impurities float. Bring to a boil over high heat and remove only Oddregi after 20-30 minutes.

Wash the fish cake neatly. Remove the remaining impurities and chop them into bite-size pieces.

Start the seasoning.
Add the tsuran sauce, garlic herb salt, and minced garlic and mix them well so that they are evenly seasoned.
Then, put it in the refrigerator and let it ripen for about half a day.
