STEP 1/7
First, I prepared dried green onions. If you don't have dried laver, you can use it as a replacement for aged laver and soggy laver.
I used dried green onion (blue jaban, jaban laver) to make it more crispy.
I prepared about 30g.
Remove the dried seaweed into bite-sized pieces to make it easy to eat. You can remove the lumped seaweed to make it easier to eat.
STEP 2/7
Then add the right amount of salt and 2 spoons of cooking oil and mix well. If you add too much salt, it can be salty, so please add a little bit and season it later.
If you have grape seed oil or sunflower seed oil instead of cooking oil, it's better to replace it.
STEP 3/7
Shall we make stir-fried dried laver?
Place seaweed in a heated pan. I added cooking oil in advance, so you can just put it in a heated pan.
And stir-fry the dried seaweed well.
- It burns quickly if you heat it too high, so it's good to heat it on low.
STEP 4/7
When the fried seaweed flakes well, crunchy and bluish, sprinkle 1.5 spoons of sugar here and there.
I added a little more sugar to the groom who likes sweet things. You can add sugar to your taste as you like.
Seaweed is easy to burn, so you can turn off the heat and add sugar. I just put sugar on the stove.
STEP 5/7
And after turning off the lights (If you turned off the lights in the previous process, you can proceed as it is) Stir in 2 spoons of sesame oil to mix well. And if you add sesame seeds, you're done making dried laver!
- I personally like sesame oil, so I added a lot.
STEP 6/7
Stir-fried dried laver is done.
It's really easy and simple to make, right? There are not many ingredients in it, so you can make it quickly even in the busy morning.
It's especially good because you can feel the crispness properly. If you just scoop up a spoon, put it in the rice, and mix it, it's fried seaweed. Children love it so much, so it's great to make fried seaweed when there are no side dishes.
It's savory, sweet, and crispy!
STEP 7/7
It's a delicious fried laver because it's seasoned better because it's covered with cooking oil in advance. It's much better and more crispy than buying it.
My house, which likes fried seaweed, doesn't buy it and always makes it like this
It is a simple recipe for making seaweed-jaban, which is even better because you can season it as you want and make enough amount.
Make a simple stir-fried laver with delicious rice thief.
