STEP 1/7
Melt the frozen strawberries.
STEP 2/7
Mash to a certain extent, even though it is moderately melted.I'm not going to touch the machine, I'm going to do it by hand.
STEP 3/7
I'll juice the lemon and prepare it.
STEP 4/7
Lemon juice
Adding lemon juice makes the color clear and helps the taste.
STEP 5/7
Bring the strawberries to a boil. Stir it well. When white foam is formed, keep stirring while removing the foam.
STEP 6/7
Add lemon juice and sugar when it doesn't foam.
If you put sugar in it, it will stick and splatter, so you have to keep stirring carefully.
If you drop it in cold water and it doesn't spread and sink into a lump, it's done.
STEP 7/7
It's all melted without lumps, and the color is clear and delicious.
1. It should be used for heat resistant glass or buying rather than stainless steel or iron.
2. If you boil it down while adding sugar, it will get splattered a lot, so you have to keep stirring it carefully.
3. If you add lemon, the color will be beautiful.
4. I recommend putting it in a glass bottle, cooling it completely, and freezing it
If you just store it, it can get moldy because of the water.
5. If you boil it down too much, it can become grain syrup, not jam.
