  • Sugar

  • lemon juice

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Prepare the sugar and blueberries in a 7:10 (350g:500g) ratio and put them in a pot.
STEP 2/4
Boil over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
STEP 3/4
Add 2 spoons of lemon juice while boiling and mix well. Put it in a hot sterilized glass bottle and it's done!
STEP 4/4
Tip When you drop the jam on the water, it doesn't spread and if it's lumped together like a picture, it becomes an appropriate concentration.
You can make it by adjusting the ratio of sugar and blueberries from 1:1. I put a little less sugar.
