STEP 1/10
It's the bottom of shiitake mushroom. I cut the black and hard part at the bottom and used it.

Rip it to the grain. It's not a lot, so I eat 1-2 meals.

Chop the green onions and shred 1/4 to 1/2 onions according to the amount of bottom.

Add green onion and 1T minced garlic and stir-fry.

Add 1.5T of thick soy sauce to an empty space and mix together to enhance the flavor of the soy sauce.

Add 0.5T of oyster sauce, and if you don't have it, add a little bit of salt.
STEP 9/10
Add 1T of oligosaccharide.

I think it would be good to put fried mushroom underneath on hot rice, coat it with yolk, and eat it like a rice bowl.
Don't throw away the chewy mushroom base.
