I always used mushroom base for jangjorim or fried rice, but today, I decided to stir-fry it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
It's the bottom of shiitake mushroom. I cut the black and hard part at the bottom and used it.
STEP 2/10
Rip it to the grain. It's not a lot, so I eat 1-2 meals.
STEP 3/10
Chop the green onions and shred 1/4 to 1/2 onions according to the amount of bottom.
STEP 4/10
Add green onion and 1T minced garlic and stir-fry.
STEP 5/10
When the scents of green onions and garlic come out, add onions and stir-fry them together.
STEP 6/10
Add the shredded bottom of shiitake mushroom and stir-fry together.
STEP 7/10
Add 1.5T of thick soy sauce to an empty space and mix together to enhance the flavor of the soy sauce.
STEP 8/10
Add 0.5T of oyster sauce, and if you don't have it, add a little bit of salt.
STEP 9/10
Add 1T of oligosaccharide.
STEP 10/10
I think it would be good to put fried mushroom underneath on hot rice, coat it with yolk, and eat it like a rice bowl.
