Cooking Steps

1) First of all, if you soak the glass noodles in water as much as you want in advance, you can shorten the actual cooking time.
2) If the meat is frozen, we need to defrost it quickly, right?

We used about 1kg of chicken breast mixed with chicken leg meat in the freezer.
Cut it into bite-sized pieces and prepare it.
Steamed chicken with bones is good, but it's so good to mix it with rice!

Cut the prepared vegetables into good-to-eat and good-looking shapes.
Sweet potatoes are not an essential ingredient, but sweet potatoes themselves are sweet, so they go well together.
Mushrooms have a chewy texture, so it's too bad if you don't eat them!
Red pepper and green pepper are not essential ingredients because they are garnish, but it's good to have them.

Let's officially get started.
First, to remove the smell of chicken, pour the leftover soju, sake, and rice wine at home for defrosted meat, and soak it enough to make it. We put it to sleep for about 5 minutes.

The reason I marinated it short was because I was going to blanch it once in boiling water!
Blanch the chicken in boiling water for a while until the red chicken turns white.
I'll blow away the fishy smell that might remain in the process.

Now rinse the chicken rings in the running cold water, prepare the wok again, add the prepared coke and soy sauce, and simmer for a while.

Sweet potatoes can take a while to cook, so put them first after chicken, and you can put the blue part of the green onion that you cut at this point instead of the thick green onion!

Add mushrooms and onions right away, so you don't have to leave a long interval. Add half the pepper and continue to simmer.

Now add all the peppers, and when it boils, add the soaked glass noodles. You can boil it over high heat for another 10 minutes and taste it, but we didn't add anything else because the seasoning was just right.
As I said before, I thought it would be nice if it was cool and spicy, so I only crushed a little pepperoncino!
It depends on your taste, so I think it would be good to add or subtract the ingredients according to your taste.
