Making delicious sweet pumpkin pancakes
I made sweet and savory sweet pumpkin pancakes. It's a good dish to make and eat when you want to eat Korean pancakes at home.

  • pan frying powder

  • Cooking oil

Cooking Steps

Peel the sweet pumpkin using a potato knife. And filter out the sweet pumpkin seeds.

Mix about 0.2T of salt in the shredded sweet pumpkin and marinate for 10 minutes.

If you check it out in 10 minutes, you can see that the sweet pumpkin salad is pickled and watery. Now, add 4T of the pancake mix and mix well.

Place pumpkin dough in greased frying pan.

Adjust the heat to medium-low heat and cook it until golden brown as possible.

It's a sweet pumpkin pancake that's been grilled deliciously.

Mix about 0.2T of salt in the shredded sweet pumpkin and marinate for 10 minutes.
You have to cook it slowly over medium-low heat to make a crispy sweet pumpkin pancake.
