Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Slice the potatoes using a chopping knife and soak them in water for more than 10 minutes to remove starch.
STEP 2/7
Rinse potatoes with running water and wash them.
STEP 3/7
Leave it on the tray until the water is drained or use a kitchen towel to remove the water.
STEP 4/7
I fried it twice for crunchiness.
Be careful not to burn.
If you just eat it here, it's a light potato chip
STEP 5/7
Melt the butter and mix the potatoes over low heat.
STEP 6/7
When the butter is completely soaked, add three tablespoons of honey and mix.
STEP 7/7
After putting butter on it and mixing it with honey, the taste comes alive, so it's a taste that I keep trying to make.
Parsley powder is a choice.
After frying, cook over low heat. If you mix the sliced potatoes gently so that they don't break, the starch comes out faster. (You can listen to the recipe if you turn up the volume of the video.)
