Ingredients
  • Acorn powder
    1cup
  • Water
    5.5cup
  • Salt
    1/2ts
  • perilla oil
    1TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
The ratio of acorn jelly and water is 1:5 or 1:6 So I made it in the middle, 1:5.5 ratio
STEP 2/8
Mix the acorn powder and water well
STEP 3/8
Please strain it out and put it down
STEP 4/8
Now, use high heat to stir it in one direction and squeeze the acorn jelly You have to stir it to one side to prevent bubbles. Add a teaspoon of salt and stir until it boils
STEP 5/8
From the time the acorn water starts to boil, keep stirring for more than 15 minutes so that it doesn't stick, and before you finish, add 1 tablespoon of perilla oil, stir enough, and turn off the heat
STEP 6/8
Coat the mold to make acorn jelly with perilla oil
STEP 7/8
Pour in all the stuffed acorn jelly. After pouring it all out, spread it out so that the top is flat and beat it on the floor to remove air bubbles
STEP 8/8
It cools all the heat at room temperature, refrigerates it, and takes it out. It's very sticky and well done
