Wash the octopus once, put it in a sieve, and drain it.
I only made small octopus in less than 100g once or twice.
(I used it right away because I prepared it in advance.)
- Scrub the octopus with flour and thick salt and wash it in clean water.

Now, I'm going to marinate the octopus in salt for about 30 minutes.
Put the octopus in a bowl, add 0.5 spoon of salt, and coat the octopus evenly.

Now put octopus, whole garlic, cheongyang red pepper, and red pepper in the bowl.
And I'm going to add the salted octopus sauce.
I added 3 spoons of red pepper powder, 0.5 spoons of minced garlic, 2 spoons of starch syrup, and sesame seeds. If you add a little bit of dda, it's more delicious! I put in about two skewers.

Salted octopus is done. It's even more delicious because you make the salted octopus sauce to suit your taste.
I only made stir-fried octopus with octopus, but sometimes I make seasoned octopus and eat it with salted octopus, so it's good to cook various things.
It is also good as a side dish to make easily and quickly.
