Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Slice fish cake, onion, and carrot thinly.
STEP 2/4
Add cooking oil or olive oil and stir-fry fish cake and carrots
Add a tablespoon of oligosaccharide and stir-fry it.
STEP 3/4
If the oligosaccharide seems to have seeped in, stir-fry a tablespoon of soy sauce and add onions
STEP 4/4
After mixing with pepper, turn off the gas stove and add sesame oil to mix to bring the taste to life. Sprinkle sesame seeds, too.
When adding oligosaccharide, lower the heat to low and stir-fry it so that fish cakes do not burn.
