Making mini chestnut pumpkin pizza
I used to steam and eat mini chestnut pumpkins I bought in late fall, and used them for various dishes such as chestnut pumpkin egg slut, pumpkin salad, pumpkin porridge, and braised chicken. I forgot for a while, and it was withering on the side of the veranda, so I decided to make tortilla pizza with chestnut pumpkin mousse.

Ingredients
  • Chestnut pumpkin
    2ea
  • It's a tortilla
    8piece
  • Garlic
    3ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Paprika
    1/2ea
  • King oyster mushroom
    1ea
  • Tomato
    1ea
  • mozzarella cheese
    400g
  • canned corn
    4spoon
  • Milk
    60g
  • Honey
    10g
  • olive oil
    2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
First, thoroughly wash the chestnut pumpkin with baking soda, then cut it into appropriate sizes and steam it in a pot.
STEP 2/14
Put the boiled chestnut pumpkin in a bowl and add 10g of honey and 60g of milk.
STEP 3/14
Mix chestnut pumpkin, honey and milk well to make chestnut pumpkin mousse. I was lazy, so I mixed the pumpkin lightly with a spoon, and the chestnut pumpkin peel grains clumped together, and the shape wasn't pretty when I squeezed it into a piping bag later. When you make pumpkin mousse, grind it in a blender to make it look pretty when you squeeze it.
STEP 4/14
Cut mushrooms, onions, paprika, and tomatoes into bite-size pieces. It's good to choose vegetables according to your preference.
STEP 5/14
Please cut the skewer bar into bite-size pieces. I used a skewer bar that also cleans the refrigerator, but it doesn't matter if you use sausages or ham instead of skewer bars. Please use the ingredients according to your preference.
STEP 6/14
Put olive oil in a preheated pan and stir-fry onions.
STEP 7/14
When onions are cooked transparently, add mushrooms and paprika and stir-fry them
STEP 8/14
Add 1 spoonful of ketchup, stir-fry slightly, and turn off the heat.
STEP 9/14
I'm going to put toppings on top of tortilla. First, place one tortilla at the bottom, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the tortilla, then cover it with a tortilla.
One tortilla is thin, so I used two, and at this time, mozzarella cheese plays a role in making tortillas stick together.
STEP 10/14
Second, put stir-fried vegetables on top of tortilla, then put sausage and mozzarella cheese on top.
STEP 11/14
Lastly, put the chestnut pumpkin mousse in the piping bag and squeeze it into the shape you want.
STEP 12/14
I preheated the oven and baked it at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. The heat strength varies depending on the oven, so grill it until the mozzarella cheese melts.
STEP 13/14
Cut the finished tortilla pizza into appropriate sizes. The pumpkin mousse isn't squeezed pretty, so it's not shaped, but it's delicious
STEP 14/14
Today, I made a mousse with chestnut pumpkins and collected ingredients from the refrigerator and made tortilla pizza in a simple and easy way. It was a bit disappointing in terms of visuals, but I felt good because my family ate it deliciously
I'll be back with an upgraded version next time.
