Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Melt 125g of chicken breast or thigh meat and cut it into bite-size pieces
STEP 2/8
Put 3T of soy sauce, 2.5T of sugar, 1T of sesame oil, 1t of garlic powder (ground garlic), 0.5t of ginger powder, 1T of cooking wine, 1 pinch of salt, 2 handfuls of chopped green onions in chicken breast and marinate
*You can add a pinch of salt instead of cooking wine
STEP 3/8
Cut 100g of potatoes into bite-size pieces. If you cut it less than 1cm thick, the potatoes can be cooked well
