Cooking Steps

Clean a handful of chives and cut them into bite-size pieces.
Please chop and prepare half of the onions.

Please make the sauce.
1 spoonful of soy sauce
2 spoons of plum extract
1 spoonful of anchovy sauce
1 spoon of tuna fish sauce
1 spoonful of starch syrup
a spoonful of perilla oil
Add 1 spoon of sesame seeds and mix well.

Put the chopped chives and onion salad in a bowl and mix them with the seasoning sauce little by little.
