STEP 1/10
Prepare the ingredients like this.
1 melon medium size and a handful of water parsley,
Half a bowl of rice and seasonings.
STEP 2/10
The melon removes fear and seeds and makes it easy to eat
I cut it. About 70g of the water parsley
I cut it into bite-size pieces about 3cm.
STEP 3/10
Let's make bibimbap sauce.
3T of red pepper powder to add color and deep sweet taste
Prepare 2T of my plum extract.
STEP 4/10
1T of sesame salt and sour taste that will make it savory
Add 3T of lemon juice.
I used lemon juice instead of vinegar.
STEP 5/10
This is the green tangerine syrup that I put in last season,
It's good to make salad. Dilute it with water
It becomes a good drink.
2T of green tangerine syrup and 1/2T of salted shrimp to season
Put it in and mix it well.
STEP 6/10
Add the chopped water parsley first and mix it.
STEP 7/10
Add the melon and mix it later,
I did it because I was afraid of water.
STEP 8/10
Put 2T of perilla oil in a bowl for bibimbap
Put it in to make it more savory.
STEP 9/10
And spread the rice and put it on top.
STEP 10/10
Put the Korean melon and water parsley on top
A great bibimbap is made.
I made the sauce beforehand, and before I eat the melon and water parsley
You have to mix it to make it fresh and not watery.
