  • Milk
    100g
  • Mango
    80g
  • Honey
    1T
  • Salt
    1little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Place 100g of milk or whipped cream in a small plastic container with a lid
*If you add milk, it's light and thick if you add whipped cream
STEP 2/7
Chop the mango pulp into small pieces. It's good to mix it with whipped cream and it's well-cooked
STEP 3/7
I'll put some of them in chunks
STEP 4/7
Mash some of them with your hands or tools
STEP 5/7
Add 1T of sugar (or 1T of honey) and 1T of salt and mix together
*If you add salt, it takes away the greasy taste of the whipped cream and goes well with the mango
STEP 6/7
Cover and freeze in freezer for one day
