  • Korean style soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Let the seaweed soak for 15 minutes
Prepare the potatoes by cutting them thickly.
STEP 2/5
Put perilla oil in the pot
Add soaked seaweed and stir-fry it.
Stir-fry the seaweed for 2 minutes so that it absorbs the oil, and then put in the potatoes
And
Pour in a liter of water.

Add shiitake mushroom powder, tuna liquid, and soy sauce
Boil the potatoes until they are fully cooked.

When the potatoes are cooked
Add minced garlic and boil it

Add the perilla seed powder and boil it.
Use salt or soy sauce for the lack of seasoning.
The water tastes much deeper when you use anchovy broth. I sometimes grind dried cheongyang peppers in seaweed soup. It's going to be hangover soup
