This is our own secret recipe, seasoned minari, flavored with house soy sauce.

Prepare 250g of water parsley.
STEP 3/10
Add 2 to 3 drops of vinegar and wash the water parsley cleanly after soaking it for 30 minutes.

Add a little salt, boil, drain, and cut into bite-size pieces.

Mix in minced garlic, sesame oil, and home soy sauce.

Mix it well.
Add sesame seeds and finish.

Add a little salt and add the last one.

Add a little bit of red pepper and mix.

If you season it with soy sauce at home and season it with salt, the seasoned water parsley will be more delicious.

The cooking tip is to soak water parsley in vinegar water for 30 minutes and wash it clean in running water.
