Prepare cherry tomatoes and raw basil.

Wash cherry tomatoes clean, remove the top, pour hot pot water, and remove the skin.

Large tomatoes are often peeled by cutting them with a cross, but cherry tomatoes are easily peeled without cutting them with a cross, so they are omitted and peeled immediately.

If you use ice water, cherry tomatoes become more chewy, so I recommend you soak them in ice water and take them out!

Dip the peeled cherry tomatoes in ice water.

The blanched flesh that has been blanched in hot water comes back to life!

Chop 1/4 onions into small pieces.

Add plenty of raw basil.
Chop basil into small pieces similar to onions.

Add 3 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 5 tbsp olive oil, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper to the chopped onion and basil and mix well to dissolve the sugar.
STEP 10/10
Add the peeled tomatoes and mix them well
