Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare the vegetables and trim the soft or yellow leaves
STEP 2/6
Blanch 1 teaspoon of salt in boiling water for 40 to 50 seconds, shake it 2-3 times in cold water, wash it, and squeeze the water

*Add sesame oil at the end
