Enjoy the seasoned cucumber! Making seasoned Jongwon Baeks
I've tried making a fresh and crunchy seasoned ocher. It's a good side dish to eat in hot weather.

Ingredients
  • an old angle
    1ea
  • leek
    1handful
  • Red pepper powder
    2/3T
  • Sugar
    2/3T
  • red pepper paste
    1T
  • Sesame
    1/2T
  • crushed garlic
    1/2T
  • Sesame oil
    1T
  • Salt
    1/2T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Use a potato knife to peel off the shell of the furnace shell.
STEP 2/9
Cut the old angle in half and use a spoon to dig all the cucumber seeds.
STEP 3/9
Slice the furnace into thin slices.
STEP 4/9
Add 1/2T of the salt to the chopped furnace shell and marinate for about 30 minutes. Mix evenly so that the salt gets on the furnace well.
STEP 5/9
After 30 minutes, wash the pickled furnace under running water and squeeze out the water to prepare.
STEP 6/9
Cut the green onions and prepare them.
STEP 7/9
Add 2/3T of red pepper powder, 2/3T of sugar, 1T of red pepper paste, 1/2T of minced garlic, 1T of sesame oil and 1/2T of sesame seeds to make the sauce.
STEP 8/9
Squeeze the water out and add the prepared old cucumber and mix well with the seasoning.
STEP 9/9
It's crunchy and cool.
You can feel a more crunchy texture if you pickle the old angle with salt.

    Two big ones and a small one I made it twice as much as the recipe, but it's good^^ If you made it as thick as me..Even if it's salted, the visuals are hard..But when you squeeze it out of cotton cloth, it feels transparent More water is coming out, too! Make sure to use cotton cloth
