How to make braised fish with potatoes and savory
When I cook fish, I usually cook it with radish, but my mother-in-law has said that it is better to eat boiled fish with potatoes since I was newly married. So, I always put potatoes in when I cook boiled fish, but I think the savory taste goes well with the fish. If you boil it down without soup with a spicy sauce, it becomes the easiest rice thief in the world.

Cooking Steps

Slice 1 potato and 1/2 onion thickly and slice the green onion diagonally.

Place potatoes, onions, and fish in a pot.

Mix well with 3 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, a little ginger powder, a little pepper powder, and a little salt.
